Always Fresh started as a Fruit Stand at the corner of Five Forks Trickum and Rockbridge Road and was moved indoors with the vision of being a Neighborhood Market where you could get fresh produce and locally made breads, desserts and canned jams and jellies. The owner, Joel Guldenschuh, had to quickly rethink his business model if he didn't want to go under which is why he started taking the produce that wasn't selling and making vegetable soup and giving it away to customers. Thankfully the community loved what he cooked and slowly the business grew, changing gradually over time from a Market to a Restaurant.
You can still see those roots when you come in the restaurant today, over 14 years later, in the produce purchased several times a week from the state farmers market and from local farmers, when in season. The restaurant still sells canned goods and locally made cakes and cookies from Sweet Memories Bakery in Between, GA. The restaurant side has grown over the years and we feel like we have served everyone in, around and from the Lilburn area a delicious home cooked meal. We strive for quality and do our best to provide great customer service. We pride ourselves in creating more than life long customer, but friends.
If you have eaten with us before we hope you enjoyed yourself and that you come back to see us again and help us continue to grow by telling your friends and family about us. If you didn't have a pleasant experience please do accept our sincerest apologies and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know where we went wrong. We are certainly not perfect and do make mistakes, but we are interested in learning from those mistakes to continue to improve and try to provide an outstanding experience at our restaurant.
